Recently, the first batch of 100,000 circuit breakers and other electrical products produced at the Suzhou production base of Projoy Electric Co.,Ltd. has been successfully rolled off the production line, which also marks the smooth commissioning of Projoy’s Suzhou production base with a new 4,000㎡ semi-automated production base will greatly improve the delivery speed for this year!

It is known that this production base is Projoy’s third production base besides Wenzhou and Xiamen. It covers an area of 4,000 square meters and is located in the HSR new town of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. This production base currently has 6 production lines with an annual production capacity of 70 million.

Since Projoy’s Suzhou production base went into operation, and it has accepted factory audit from first-line brands customers such as BYD, Sunshine, Kehua, and Deye.

At the same time, the new test center equipped with multiple salt spray test machines, tracking test machines, constant temperature and humidity test chambers, mechanical life test stands, on-off test stands, rain test chambers, glow wire test machines, etc., meet all the requirements of FATs. Meanwhile, Projoy built a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Suzhou Electric Power Research Institute and SGS in early 2021 to fulfill the test requirements of products in pre-experiment stage.

It is reported that Projoy’s fourth largest production base has also been settled in Jinyingu Industrial Park, Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. After the completion of the production base, the plant area will reach 15,000 square meters, integrating sales team, R&D, and manufacturing line. It will be put into operation with 16 automated production lines, are expected to be in use in the end of 2021!
