PROJOY's String-Level Firefighter Safety Switch (PEFS-EL Series Rapid Shutdown) is an innovative system solution developed to address safety issues in solar PV systems. It can quickly cut off power in emergencies, protecting the system from potential electrical risks. The PROJOY PEFS-EL series offers multiple current ratings and optional 1-10 string configurations to meet diverse customer needs. Equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor, it automatically monitors ambient temperature and shuts down when temperatures exceed 70°C. The built-in DC isolator features a dedicated arc-extinguishing device capable of quenching arcs within 5ms. This product, with its rapid response and efficient management, has been widely adopted by global customers, providing robust protection for the safe operation of PV systems.

The External DC Isolator Switch represents another breakthrough for PROJOY in DC circuit protection. These external isolators uniformly use flame-retardant and UV-resistant materials to create an integrated waterproof enclosure. The housing offers superior ultraviolet (UV) resistance, effectively preventing brittleness and aging for lasting reliability. The entire unit achieves an IP66 protection rating. In addition to standard high-quality waterproof cable connectors or MC4 connectors, industrial-grade cable glands can be optionally configured, and dust plugs are included among the comprehensive accessories. This effectively prevents the intrusion of rain and dust, avoiding safety hazards such as short circuits and arcs caused by moisture.
