On March 27, Suzhou PROJOY Electric Co., Ltd. and TÜV Rheinland Greater China, a globally recognized third-party testing, inspection, and certification authority, held a certification ceremony in Suzhou, China. 

TÜV Rheinland officially presented PROJOY with the IECEE CB Certificate for its PEBS-H/L-175 series high-voltage, high-current DC circuit breakers. Notably, this is the industry-first CB certificate for this frame size product, marking a new breakthrough for PROJOY in high-voltage DC protection technology. It also demonstrates that PROJOY's R&D capabilities and quality control in the field of miniature circuit breakers have reached internationally advanced levels, laying a solid foundation for further global market expansion.

Authoritative Certification, Setting Industry Standards

The CB certification is a global mutual recognition system established by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), widely regarded as the "passport" for electrical products entering international markets. As a leading global technical service provider, TÜV Rheinland's CB certificates are mutually recognized in over 80 member countries. The industry-first CB certificate awarded to PROJOY's PEBS-H/L-175 series not only fills a gap in international certification for miniature circuit breakers at this current rating but also provides global energy storage system manufacturers with a highly reliable protection solution compliant with the IEC 60947-2 international standard.

The certified PEBS-H/L-175 series miniature circuit breakers are core protection components specifically developed by PROJOY for photovoltaic, energy storage, and DC applications. Building on the core advantages of the PROJOY PEBS series—including polarity-free design, a breaking capacity of up to 10kA, and mechanical life of ≥10,000 cycles—this new series elevates the rated current to 175A, with a maximum operating voltage of 1200V for 4P configurations. This meets the diverse needs of applications ranging from residential energy storage to small and medium-sized commercial & industrial energy storage systems.
